What is a Trading Assistant?
A Trading Assistant is a person who sell goods for clients who are unable or unwilling to sell the goods themselves on eBay. So if you are unable or willing to sell goods yourself on eBay, you may appoint us to do so on your behalf.
What do we sell?
Our services is opened to all. We sell anything and everything although we specializes in collectibles, especially Malaysian ones
What are our charges?
All charges including but not limited to eBay listing fees, final value fees, Paypal fees (where applicable) and S & H to and from you to us and back will be borne by you.
Items must be in our possession before we can market them and list them on eBay and our websites.
To enhance the chances of selling your items, we will also list your items on the relevant websites below as well as on eBay.
The cost of listing your items on our websites, marketing and promoting your items as well as the cost of storage of your items while in our possession will be borne by us.
Where applicable, you are required to declare that the items you intend to sell are genuine ones (like books, CDs, DVDs and branded items like bags, clothing, shoes, watches etc.)
We can also list your items on our websites without listing the items on eBay. This is the cheapest way as there is no eBay and other miscellaneous running cost incurred. You only pay for the cost of getting the goods to us and once the goods have been sold, our commission a flat 20% of the sales price (min USD20.00) will be deducted from the proceeds.
Goods may be returned within 3 business days after receipt of request from you if the goods is not on auction in eBay. If the auction of the goods is still on, goods will be returned within 3 business days after the end of the auction if there are no bidders. If there are bidders, your recall of the goods will be ineffective and void.
Where applicable, cost of listing the items on eBay and return postage must be paid upfront.
Detailed breakdown of all costs incurred will accompanied payment to you once the goods has been sold and paid for.
Please obtain our approval before sending the items to us.
Our commission is a flat 20% of the sales price (min USD20.00).
