1.) Offer is subject to availability of stock.

2.) Buyer is advised to send an email to reserve the item(s). The item(s) will be held in reserve for 2 weeks pending receipt of payment. Where reserved items are not paid for within two weeks, we reserve the rights to void the transaction or modified the price if there is a change of price of that particular item.

3.) For acceptable Mode of Payment, please refer to the table below.

4.) Items will be shipped by Registered Airmail using nice commemorative stamps and/or miniature sheets within 5 business days after receipt of payment.

5.) Non-Registered Shipment may be arranged but not encouraged and will be totally at buyer's risks.

6) You can click on TRACK & TRACE to find the status of your package after we have mailed it.

7) Mint Never Hinged Malaysian items are sold with an unconditional guarantee and may be returned for full purchased price (less S & H) if not completely satisfied. Used items and items of other countries are sold as-is and are not returnable.

8) Folders are sold as received from Pos Malaysia. They are EMPTY Folders and does not have any stamps, FDC or MS inside.

9) Images of items shown on this website are stock images and are used for illustration purposes only. Actual items shipped may not have the same serial number, perforation, watermark, etc as the illustrated items.

10) Where multiple items are purchased and paid for online and one or more of the items is unavailable, we reserve the rights to ship whatever items are available and refund the full amount of the items not shipped to the purchaser's Paypal ID without further reference to the purchaser.

	CREDIT CARDS	Acceptable for amount of more than USD10.00. I will send you a Paypal invoice which you can pay without you having to open a Paypal account.

	PAYPAL	Acceptable for any amount.

	CASH	Acceptable for any amount but must be sent by recorded or registered mail and no responsibilities will be accepted for non receipt of payment. I accept cash payment in ALL currencies of the world on condition that the used notes are at least in "Extremely Fine" condition or "Uncirculated" bank notes if they are not the following currencies - USD, GBP, EUR, JPY, AUD, SGD, MYR & HKD.

	Money Order Postal Order	Acceptable for amount of more than USD10.00 AND must be payable in Malaysia.

BANK	Wire Transfer / Direct Deposit	Wire Transfer (for International Purchasers): Acceptable for amount of more than USD50.00. Direct Deposit (for Malaysian Purchasers) : Acceptable for any amount in Malaysian Ringgit.
